You'll design enrichment waterfalls, outbound automation, inbound orchestration, and RevOps infrastructure across multiple B2B companies. This role requires deep expertise in Clay, CRM architecture, and multi-channel outbound. You'll work directly with clients and ship production systems weekly.
Ads Manager
Full-timeOwn paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta for GTME clients. You'll build ABM-aligned ad campaigns, manage budgets, optimize for pipeline (not just clicks), and integrate ad data with outbound and CRM systems. Experience with B2B paid media and full-funnel attribution is essential. You'll work closely with our GTM engineers to coordinate multi-channel campaigns.
Pod Leader
Full-timeRun a pod of GTM engineers and specialists, owning 3-5 client accounts end-to-end. You're the primary client contact, responsible for strategy, project planning, delivery quality, and results. You'll scope new engagements, lead weekly client calls, unblock your team, and ensure every system we build drives measurable pipeline. This role requires strong GTM knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to translate client goals into actionable engineering work.
