Consolidated 5 data providers into one waterfall - saved $40K/year and got 2.7x more data
The Challenge
The company was paying for Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit, and People Data Labs separately - $72K/year total. Despite this, SDRs still complained about missing emails and phone numbers. Each tool covered different slices of their TAM, but nobody had built a system to use them together intelligently.
What We Built
GTME built a waterfall enrichment pipeline in Clay that cascades through providers in priority order based on cost and coverage. For each contact, it tries the cheapest provider first, then falls through to more expensive sources only for the data points that are still missing. Deduplication, verification, and normalization happen automatically. The result: one system, one cost, dramatically better coverage.

“They replaced what took our RevOps team 3 months with an automated system in 2 weeks. The data enrichment alone saved us $40K/year in manual research.”
